Paper Crane Yoga gives Bellingham students, grades K-5, a chance to soften, stretch, breathe, and come home to themselves. Jen has worked with kids both as a classroom teacher and yoga instructor for over 15 years, and deeply believes that all children deserve the opportunity to slow down and remember how special they are. Through movement, breath, intention-setting, and arts and crafts designed to bring the learning to life, Paper Crane Yoga teaches kids that a flexible mind is just as important as a flexible body.

Classes blend movement, intention-setting, crafts, and plenty of opportunities to connect and have fun! Kids will learn yoga basics, practice mindful breathing, and build meaningful connections through our seasonal sessions.
